Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 1000+ employees across multiple clients.
Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and ETDS.
Handle monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, arrears, incentives, and reimbursements.
Lead full & final settlements, salary revisions, and bonus calculations.
Coordinate with internal HR and finance teams for input collection and payroll funding.
Prepare and validate MIS, JV, TVB, census, and audit reconciliation reports.
Handle statutory filings and inspections in coordination with compliance teams or vendors.
Manage employee payroll queries and ensure TAT-bound resolutions.
Participate in payroll system migration / automation initiatives.
Support client onboarding and ensure smooth payroll transitions.
Train and supervise junior payroll staff if applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance in India.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and payroll tax regulations.
Hands-on experience with payroll software like GreytHR, SAP, Saral Paypack, or equivalent.
Advanced Excel skills for reconciliation and reporting.
Experience working with shared services or payroll outsourcing companies is preferred.
Ability to generate and interpret MIS reports for internal/external audits.
Strong organizational, communication, and team management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related field. MBA (HR/Finance) preferred.
