Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager / Senior HR Executive to manage End-To-End Recruitment, Generalist, HR functions, Payroll, and Manpower Handling. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with Keka HRMS software, possess strong people management skills, and be capable of maintaining an efficient and positive workplace culture.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring the best fit for the organization. Prepare offer letters, collect employee documentation, and facilitate a smooth joining process.
· Payroll Management: Process payroll using Keka HRMS software, ensure compliance with statutory deductions, and coordinate with the finance team for timely salary disbursement.
· Generalist HR Functions: Manage employee lifecycle activities, maintain HR records, handle employee grievances, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
· Manpower Handling: Oversee manpower planning, allocation, and monitoring to meet business requirements.
· Employee Engagement: Plan and execute activities to boost morale, promote teamwork, and maintain a healthy workplace environment.
· Compliance & Administration: Ensure statutory compliance, maintain HR documentation, and support administrative functions when needed.
· Exit Process: Manage offboarding activities, including clearance, F&F settlement, and issuance of relieving letters.
Skills Required:
· Proven experience in Recruitment, Generalist HR, Payroll, and Manpower handling.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
· Strong problem-solving ability and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
