Human Resource Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and well-spoken Telecaller to join our HR services team. The role involves connecting with candidates and clients over phone calls, promoting our recruitment services, and supporting the HR team with candidate sourcing and initial screening.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential candidates and clients.

Explain the company’s HR and recruitment services clearly.

Schedule interviews between candidates and recruiters/clients.

Maintain and update candidate databases and call logs.

Follow up with candidates post-interview and gather feedback.

Support the recruitment team in sourcing profiles from job portals and social media.

Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.

Requirements:

Minimum graduate in any discipline.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, email).

Positive attitude, polite and persuasive telephone manner.

Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or recruitment.

Knowledge of HR terms and processes.

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
