• Source and attract qualified candidates through platforms like Naukri, Indeed, etc.

• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and external partners to fulfill hiring needs.

• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate fit and interest.

• Maintain and update recruitment databases accurately.

• Schedule interviews and manage communication throughout the hiring cycle.

• Ensure all hiring documentation is complete and organized.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.

• Proficiency in using job portals and recruitment tools.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and meet recruitment deadlines.
