HR Manager

• Assist with recruitment efforts including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.

• Handle employee documentation and maintain accurate HR records.

• Administer HR policies and procedures consistently and in compliance with local labor laws.

• Support performance management processes and employee evaluations.

• Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.

• Organize employee engagement activities and support HR events.

• Manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.

• Support training and development initiatives.

• Maintain HRMS or internal systems and generate reports as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of HR generalist experience.

• Good understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
