We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Non-IT Recruiter (Female) to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR operations and recruitment, with the ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes and HR support functions.
Manage and support the recruitment process for various levels within the organization
Source candidates through job portals, recruitment agencies, social platforms, and other innovative channels
Coordinate with recruitment consultants and hiring managers for smooth onboarding
Maintain HR records, track hiring metrics, and prepare reports
Assist in HR operations and administrative tasks
Visit project sites on a weekly basis and coordinate HR activities
Educational: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field
Professional Certifications: Not mandatory
Technical Skills:
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiar with job portals and recruitment software
