Job Responsibilities:

●Gain a deep understanding of utilizing various job portals effectively.

●Search for companies hiring IT freshers and establish connections with their HR departments.

●Explain V Cube’s offerings, highlight the technical skills of our candidates, and gather job descriptions (JDs) for fresh openings.

●Coordinate interviews by connecting company HRs with our candidates, ensuring a smooth process from screening to offer letter issuance.

●Conduct pre-screening interviews (both telephonic and in-person) to assess candidates' communication skills.

●Maintain close communication with respective company HRs and the internal team throughout the interview process to ensure a seamless experience.
