Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process – job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
Address employee queries and grievances.
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Plan and organize employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR (1–3 years preferred).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of HR software and MS Office.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
