HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews

• Manage job postings on various platforms

• Coordinate onboarding formalities and induction sessions

• Maintain employee records and HR databases

• Track attendance, leaves, and punctuality

• Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events

• Assist in basic HR documentation (offer letters, exit formalities, etc.)

• Provide administrative support to the HR department
