We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive with expertise in advanced Excel and payroll management. This role involves overseeing payroll processing, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and providing analytical support to HR operations.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Administration: Process and manage accurate and timely payroll for all employees, including salary calculations, deductions, and benefits.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) to analyze payroll data and generate insightful reports for management.

• Employee Queries: Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees promptly and professionally.

• Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee payroll records and documentation.

• Training & Support: Assist in training HR staff on payroll processes and system functionalities.superworks.comexpertia.ai

✅ Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or any.

• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in HR or payroll administration.

• Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, reporting).

  • Experience with HRMS or payroll software (e.g., KEKA, Facto HR, Ramco).

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
