About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated HR Executive, with a primary focus on
recruitment, to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end
recruitment process, sourcing and attracting top talent, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Experience in the hospitality sector or within the co-working space industry is a plus, as it brings added
value to our understanding of dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
○ Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening,
interviewing, and candidate selection.
○ Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and
ensure alignment with departmental goals.
○ Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, utilizing job
boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing.
○ Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, ensuring the process is
smooth and efficient.
○ Facilitate candidate assessments and evaluations, ensuring selection aligns with the
company’s needs and culture.
○ Conduct reference checks and background verifications for shortlisted candidates.
2. Candidate Experience & Engagement:
○ Create a positive and engaging experience for all candidates, ensuring clear
communication and timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
○ Act as the point of contact for candidates, providing them with information about the role,
company culture, and benefits.
○ Promote the employer brand through engaging content and showcasing the company as
an employer of choice.
3. HR Support and Operations:
○ Assist with onboarding for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
○ Maintain candidate records in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.○ Stay updated on recruitment trends and tools, and recommend improvements to the
hiring process.
○ Provide regular recruitment status updates to the HR Manager and hiring managers.
Qualifications & Skills:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Proven experience (1-2 years) in an HR role focused primarily on recruitment.
● Experience in the hospitality industry or the co-working space sector is highly desirable.
● Strong understanding of recruitment tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
● Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet recruitment deadlines.
