  • Ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies, assisting with policy updates, and communicating changes to employees. 

  • Providing general administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.

  • Addressing employee queries and concerns, escalating issues to the appropriate HR personnel, and assisting with conflict resolution. 

  • Supporting payroll processing by tracking employee attendance, leave, and other relevant data, as well as assisting with employee benefits enrollment and inquiries.
