Job Title: Field Recruiter/ Supervisor
Department: HR & Operations
Reports To: Regional Manager / OPS Manager
Visit field locations, job fairs, and local communities to identify potential candidates.
Conduct walk-in interviews, on-the-spot screenings, and coordinate hiring events.
Utilize local job boards, social media, employee referrals, and tie-ups with training institutes.
Build a candidate pipeline for high-volume roles (e.g., delivery executives, sales reps).
Conduct initial rounds of interviews and assessments.
Coordinate with department heads or area managers for final selection.
Ensure timely communication of selection/rejection to candidates.
Maintain records of interviews, candidates sourced, and hiring status.
Prepare daily/weekly hiring reports and share updates with management.
Ensure collection and verification of documents like ID proof, address proof, background check forms, etc.
Facilitate smooth onboarding and joining formalities at the site level.
Regular visits to hiring locations, vendor offices, and deployment sites.
Coordinate with area managers, training teams, and admin for joining support.
