We are looking for a responsible, organized, and trustworthy Admin cum Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director with both professional and some personal responsibilities. In addition to handling administrative duties and scheduling, the candidate will also assist with basic care and supervision of the MD’s child as needed during working hours.
Manage daily office operations and administration.
Handle email, phone, and written correspondence on behalf of MD.
Maintain schedules, calendars, and organize meetings or travel.
Draft reports, letters, and presentations as directed.
Maintain filing systems and confidential records.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
Manage MD’s daily itinerary and reminders.
Coordinate travel, hotel bookings, and events.
Attend meetings with MD, take notes, and follow up on tasks.
Assist with both professional and occasional personal errands.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding MD's personal and professional matters.
Provide basic supervision and assistance for the MD’s child during office hours.
Ensure the child's safety and comfort while at the workplace.
Support in managing the child's daily routine (e.g., snacks, playtime, study time).
Escort the child to and from any scheduled classes/activities nearby, if required.
Maintain a calm, friendly, and nurturing approach around the child.
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration or related).
2+ years of experience in administrative or PA roles.
Basic childcare experience or comfort in managing children.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Highly organized, punctual, and discreet.
Proficient with MS Office and digital communication tools.
Calm demeanor with the ability to multitask.
Caring and child-friendly personality.
Ability to handle both professional and personal responsibilities with integrity.
Flexibility in working hours, if needed occasionally.
