Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests and direct them appropriately.

• Manage incoming calls, route them to the appropriate person, or take messages.

• Maintain the front office area and ensure it is clean and presentable at all times.

• Handle visitor entries, maintain a logbook, and issue visitor passes.

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence (letters, emails, couriers).

• Coordinate with various departments for smooth communication.

• Maintain attendance register and support basic data entry tasks.

• Assist HR/Admin with daily office support tasks.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum HSC/Graduate in any stream

• Experience: 1–3 years in a similar role (preferred)

• Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and handling office equipment

  • Polite, professional, and presentable demeanor

  • Good time management and multitasking skills
