Job Title: Operations & Production Coordinator


Location: Begur

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on Operations & Production Coordinator to manage the daily operations of our fast-paced manufacturing unit. This role is critical to ensuring timely order fulfillment, smooth team coordination, and efficient communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:


Production & Order Management


Coordinate with the design team to send accurate designs to production as per customer orders.


Ensure orders are packed, labeled, and dispatched on time.


Monitor and update order statuses in the CRM system.



Customer Support


Handle customer queries via email, calls, and chat.


Provide accurate order updates, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.



Vendor & Procurement Management


Manage procurement of raw materials and consumables.


Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries, billing, and payment settlements.


Maintain a database of reliable vendors and track inventory levels.



Staff & Roster Management


Prepare and manage shift rosters for production staff based on workload.


Ensure adequate staffing during peak workloads and assist in hiring when required.


Monitor staff attendance and maintain discipline in the team.



Operations Oversight


Track daily productivity and output of the production and packaging teams.


Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks.


Be responsible for ensuring timely completion of orders and dispatches.


Coordinate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


Strong multitasking and time management skills.


Proficiency with tools like Google Sheets, Excel, CRM platforms.


Ability to manage a small team and maintain production discipline.


Basic knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes.


Good communication skills (Hindi & English).


Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing setup preferred.

Fast-paced, deadline-driven factory setting.


Must be comfortable with on-ground coordination and hands-on problem solving.


Will report directly to the business owner/factory manager.
