*Job Summary:*

We're seeking an experienced and street-smart Manager to oversee our two farmhouses in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and management skills, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Overall Management:* Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and upkeep of both farmhouses.

2. *Guest Services:* Ensure exceptional guest experiences, responding to queries, and resolving issues promptly.

3. *Staff Supervision:* Manage and train staff, including caretakers, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.

4. *Inventory Management:* Monitor and maintain inventory of amenities, supplies, and equipment.

5. *Financial Management:* Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

6. *Marketing and Promotion:* Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the farmhouses and increase occupancy.

7. *Vendor Management:* Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.

8. *Safety and Security:* Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property.

*Requirements:*

1. *Excellent Communication Skills:* Ability to interact with guests, staff, and vendors effectively.
