Job Summary:

The Office Boy is responsible for performing various basic administrative and support tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

●    Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the office, pantry, and meeting rooms.

●    Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.

●    Manage office errands, such as going to the post office, bank, or delivering documents, and payment collection. 

●    Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents when needed.

●   Ensure pantry supplies (tea, coffee, sugar, water, etc.) are well-stocked.

●   Support staff in setting up for meetings and events.

●  Dispose of garbage regularly and maintain general hygiene standards.

●    Ensure all office equipment is turned off at the end of the day (lights, ACs, etc.).

●     Assist with minor maintenance tasks or report any maintenance issues.

Working Hours:

8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday , ( Depending on work schedule) 

Salary & Benefits:

10,000/- to 15,000/- per month , Travelling allowance for local tour as per company norms.

●  Must be available to join immediately.
