We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Technician to support our EV 2-wheeler servicing and repair operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to electric scooters or bikes, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and professional service.
Perform installation, servicing, diagnostics, and repair of electric 2-wheelers at service centers or customer locations.
Troubleshoot issues related to battery packs, controllers, BMS (Battery Management System), motor functions, wiring harnesses, and display consoles.
Conduct routine maintenance checks and preventive servicing as per company schedules.
Provide on-site support for vehicle breakdowns or emergency service calls when required.
Ensure all repairs and replacements comply with manufacturer and safety guidelines.
Maintain service documentation including job cards, parts used, service reports, and customer feedback.
Educate customers on vehicle handling, charging practices, and basic maintenance.
Collaborate with team members and escalate complex technical issues to senior technicians or engineers.
Keep tools, diagnostic equipment, and workstations in proper condition and order.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
