Job Title: Service Engineer – UPS & Battery Systems
Department: Technical/Service
Location: Delhi /noida

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Service Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems and battery backups at customer sites. The candidate should have sound technical knowledge of power electronics, batteries, and related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and commission UPS systems and batteries at client locations.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of UPS and battery systems.

• Identify faults and carry out troubleshooting and repairs of power backup systems.

• Replace faulty components and ensure proper functioning of UPS units.

• Perform battery health checks and replacements as necessary.

• Respond to service calls and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

• Maintain detailed service records and submit reports regularly.

• Coordinate with the sales and support teams for client satisfaction.

• Ensure adherence to safety and company standards while performing fieldwork.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in servicing UPS and battery systems.

• Good understanding of electrical circuits, batteries (SMF, Tubular, Lithium), and power systems.

• Ability to read electrical diagrams and schematics.

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

• Willingness to travel to client locations and work on-site.

• Good communication and customer handling skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with major UPS brands like APC, Emerson, Numeric, Eaton, etc.

• Familiarity with battery monitoring tools or software.

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
