The Service Engineer Trainee will contribute by gaining hands-on field experience and ensuring robust after-sales support.
9. Key Responsibility:
9.1 Training & Technical Development
Learn Taypro’s robotic systems and maintenance procedures.
Assist senior engineers in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
Implement preventive maintenance under supervision.
9.2 On-Site Support & Maintenance
Support installation, commissioning, and servicing tasks.
Assist in AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities and system inspections.
Help with calibration and optimization tasks.
9.3 Coordination & Reporting
Maintain PM tracking sheets, DPRs, and service documentation.
Assist in spare parts requests and ensure availability at site.
Maintain MIS reports for AMC and uptime tracking.
9.4 Client Interaction & Problem Solving
Address basic customer queries and troubleshoot under guidance.
Gather feedback to improve service standards.
Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate execution and documentation.
9.5 Web-Based & MIS Activities
Record technician attendance, PM activity logs, ticket closures, and material tracking in digital systems.
Review internal and external inspection reports.
Ensure handover documentation is completed post-inspection.
9.6 Performance & Technical Review
Support performance evaluation of technicians monthly.
Conduct remote troubleshooting and quality control checks.
Recommend preventive measures for recurring issues.
