💼 Role Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) to join our fast-growing solar EPC business. TSMs will be responsible for onboarding vendors, managing vendor teams, and ensuring client acquisition and project coordination within their designated territory.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Identify, appoint, and train solar vendors in assigned territory
Guide vendors in client outreach and support their client closures
Monitor and ensure client registrations and advance payments
Coordinate with company’s project team for execution updates
Maintain regular reporting and communication with company HO
Ensure compliance with all company guidelines and targets
🎯 Performance Expectation (During Probation):
Onboard and manage minimum 5 vendors in 60 days
Ensure vendor activity leads to client registrations
