Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a driven and confident Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients, pitching products or services, and achieving sales targets through fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential customers and generate new leads through fieldwork

• Pitch and explain product/services to customers and close sales

• Maintain and develop strong customer relationships

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Provide timely reports and feedback to the sales manager

• Assist in promotional activities and campaigns

• Collect customer feedback and market insights

Key Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude

• Willingness to travel and work in the field regularly

• Prior experience in sales is an advantage

• Having a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred
