📘 Qualification:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering
  Additional certification in Quality Assurance / ISO standards is preferred
  💼 Experience:

• 3 to 5 years in a manufacturing or automotive components industry
  Hands-on experience with measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.)
  Familiar with ISO/TS 16949, 5S, and Kaizen practices & AutoCad Knowledge
  

🛠️ Key Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished products
  Prepare and maintain quality control documentation
  Communicate defects to production for corrective action
  Ensure compliance with customer and quality standards
  Calibrate & maintain quality tools and instruments
  Assist in internal and external audits
  Maintain non-conformity records and perform root cause analysis
  Coordinate with vendors for quality-related concerns
  Urgent Requirement: Quality Control Engineer
  Qualification “ M.Sc/B.Sc. Chemistry or M.Pharm/B.Pharm 

  Experience of Buck Drug Pharma having 7 to 10 years in QC Laboratory Functions of a 

  
  Tenure: Quality Control Executive
  Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Preferred Polymer Chemistry)

  Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Instrumental / Classical analysis & documentation

  • Chemical / Polymer sample test instrument handling & troubleshooting

  • Marketing sample testing, dispatch & record maintenance

  • QC documentation preparation & maintenance as per ISO

  • Material request, PR / PO stock maintenance

  • Finished product records maintenance

  • Handling of customer complaints, customer audits & queries

  • Manpower handling & maintaining shift schedule

• Conduct sessions on 7QC Tools, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why, FMEA, etc.
  
  

🔹 Customer & Supplier Interaction

• Address customer complaints through CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions)
  
  

• Coordinate with vendors to ensure incoming material quality
  
  

🔹 Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain and review quality reports, NCRs, calibration logs, and audit records
  
  

• Regularly update management with detailed MIS reports
  
  

🔹 Audit & Compliance

• Manage internal/external audits, including customer and certification audits
  
  

• Ensure full compliance with industry standards and client specifications
