Quality Control Engineer

1. Inspection & Quality Checks:

   • Perform in-process and final inspection of CNC/VMC machined parts.

   • Use measuring tools (e.g. Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, CMM, Height Gauge) to check part dimensions.

   • Verify parts against engineering drawings and customer specifications.

2. Quality Documentation:

   • Prepare inspection reports, deviation reports, and maintain quality records.

   • Support in creating and updating control plans and check sheets.

3. Process Monitoring:

   • Monitor machining process parameters for consistency.

   • Ensure that SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards are followed on the shop floor.

   • Conduct line audits and process capability studies.

4. Coordination & Communication:

   • Communicate with production, design, and maintenance teams regarding quality issues.

   • Support supplier quality activities for incoming materials/parts.
