Purchase Executive

The purchase engineer has ensured smooth procurement of raw materials, bought- out items, consumables, and machine parts while maintaining optimal inventory levels and efficient store operations to support CNC turning machine production, retro fitting, siemens products.

ü  Identify and select suppliers based on technical and commercial evaluation.

ü  Prepare RFQs, negotiate prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions.

ü  Follow-up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and order tracking

ü  Co-ordinate with the design and production team for technical specifications and BOM requirements.

ü  Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternate vendors.

ü  Manage receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials and components

ü  Maintain accurate inventory levels of raw material, tools, consumables, and semi-finished goods.

ü  Conduct periodic stock audits and report discrepancies.

ü  All record keeping must be in ERP

ü  Issue materials to production based on job orders and daily requirement.

Ensurepropertagging,labeling,andstoragehygiene.
