Helper

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support technicians in daily site activities.

2. Carry tools, equipment, and materials to/from the site.

3. Assist in tower climbing (if trained and required).

4. Follow safety guidelines and use PPE at all times.

5. Help in cleaning and organizing the site.

6. Assist in cable routing, equipment fixing, and minor repairs.

7. Coordinate with the team for material handling.

8. Report any unusual activity or site issues to the supervisor.

9. Follow instructions from engineers and site leads.

10. Be available for site visits and emergency tasks
