Helper

We are looking for a Helper to join our team at Blackpearl Creation. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers per Day 350-400 rs .

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and care for equipment and machines.

• Help equipment operators, carpenters and other skilled labor when necessary.

• Load/unload construction materials.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and assist workers.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
