ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 Collaborate with Manager to understand specific requirements and ensure that the IT infrastructure matches with business

objectives.

 Administer desktops and Batteries, UPS, Network Equipment – Firewalls & Switches, Internet Service Providers, Mobile

Data Service Providers, CCTV cameras and Related Services.

 Manage Email Service Providers and Work drive Data Storage.

 Printer Trouble Shooting, installations, and managment

 Coordinate server/Desktop upgrades, fixes, and security improvements. Monitor server logs and respond to alerts swiftly.

 Provide timely updates to the Manager on system performance and maintenance progress.

 Create and implement an emergency response plan in the event of a system outage or security compromise.

 Perform routine audits and resolve issues in systems and software.

 Document system configuration for updated records.

 Implement and monitor security measures for system protection.

 Administer infrastructure components like databases and malware protection.

 Install and configure networking hardware and software to ensure a stable and secure network infrastructure.

 Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

 Manage network security by implementing and maintaining appropriate security measures.

 Set up user accounts and permissions to ensure proper access control.

 Plan and implement network upgrades to improve performance and scalability.

 Implement and manage IP addressing and configure TCP/IP addressing on systems and printers.

 Stay updated with technological changes and suggest improvements to increase system efficiency and dependability.

 Align IT infrastructure with business objectives

 Oversee server administration and maintenance in

coordination with consultants.

while keeping an eye on logs for any potential problems.

 CCTV , Firewall , Printers , Networking management

 Zoho Workplace Mangement , Email Services Managment

 Create and implement an emergency response plan to quickly

resolve system failures or security breaches.

 Perform system audits, issue resolution, configuration

documentation, security measures, database administration,

networking configuration, performance monitoring, network

security, user account setup, upgrade planning, and IP

addressing to maintain a reliable network.
