Desktop Support Engineer

Position: Desktop Engineer cum Admin Working Days: Monday to Saturday Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Salary: Upto ₹15,000 (Based on experience & skill) Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and reliable Desktop Engineer cum Admin to manage and support our IT infrastructure and basic administrative tasks. The candidate will be responsible for handling all desktop-level technical support and assisting in office administration as needed. Key Responsibilities: IT Support: • Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, and scanners. • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (Windows, Office, Email, Antivirus, etc.). • Network support – LAN/Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, routers, switches, etc. • Manage user accounts, email setups, and system access control. • Monitor and maintain system backups and basic data security. • Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, AMC, and purchases. Admin Support: • Assist in managing office assets and IT inventory. • Handle office equipment maintenance and support vendors. • Maintain records of IT assets and service history. • Support admin tasks like courier handling, documentation, and coordination.
