Responsibilities and Duties :

·         Provide Floor Support / Remote Assistance and resolve problems to end users

·         Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software applications.

·         Resolve hardware and software issues promptly, including networking and Wi-fi connectivity problems.

·         Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems and software across various office locations.

·         Manage IT assets inventory and support IT audits as required.

·         Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and network troubleshooting.

·         Support users remotely and on-site, ensuring efficient problem resolution.

·         Document and manage Helpdesk tickets, ensuring thorough tracking and resolution.

·         Collaborate effectively with team members and users to deliver quality IT support.

·         Generate daily dashboards and reports, updating IT management on performance metrics.

·         Contribute to Root Cause Analysis and escalate unresolved issues for continuous improvement.

·         Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, including Laptops & Desktops, peripheral devices, internal components, Processor, chipsets, memory modules, and display, printer, Wi-fi.

·         Raising IT tickets for tasks and activities performed for daily work accounting and performance measurement.

·         Knowledge of office systems, good problem-solving skills, and high-level interpersonal

·         Managing LAN & WAN, network resources Configuration
