Multi-Skilled Technician ( MST)

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Technician to perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across electrical, plumbing, HVAC. This role is key to ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our facilities, particularly in fast-paced environments like coworking spaces, commercial offices, or mixed-use buildings.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Could you carry out preventive and reactive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems?

• Troubleshoot and repair lighting systems, switches, circuit breakers, and power outlets.

• Perform minor plumbing repairs, such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures.

• Support HVAC system operation, including air handling units, split ACs, filters, and ducting.

• Inspect and maintain fire alarm, fire-fighting equipment, and safety systems.

• Could you assist with general building maintenance: painting, furniture repairs, door hardware, ceiling tiles, etc.

• Respond to facility-related service requests or breakdowns in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and spare part inventory in good condition.

• Complete daily checklists, maintenance logs, and basic documentation.

• Coordinate with external vendors or service providers when required.

• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.
