Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging and dynamic content, including animations, explainer videos, promotional materials, and multimedia graphics that communicate ideas and captivate audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for video, web, social media, and other digital platforms.

Collaborate with the marketing, video production, and design teams to develop creative concepts and storyboards.

Create visually compelling animations and effects to support branding, storytelling, and campaign goals.

Edit and composite video footage with animation and graphics using tools like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.

Maintain a consistent visual style in line with brand guidelines.

Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques in motion graphics and animation.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a motion designer or in a similar creative role.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop).

Experience with 2D animation, typography, and video editing.

Familiarity with 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.

Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and visual design skills.

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with sound design and audio editing.

Understanding of UI/UX principles and how motion graphics support digital experiences.

Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for video content.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to feedback.

Portfolio Requirement:
