About the Role We’re seeking a talented Graphic Designer to produce engaging visual content for our marketing campaigns and educational programs. You’ll design infographics, brochures, social media assets, and other creative materials while collaborating closely with our content and marketing teams to ensure consistency and impact. Key Responsibilities • Create visual content across marketing and education channels—including infographics, brochures, banners, presentation slides, and social media posts—aligned with brand guidelines. • Design infographics and educational visuals to explain complex concepts clearly and attractively. • Develop social media and promotional graphics, ensuring platform appropriate formats, creative storytelling, and brand consistency. • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to translate ideas into visual assets, provide mock-ups, iterate based on feedback, and meet campaign objectives. • Maintain consistency and quality standards, adjusting designs according to feedback and latest trends while managing multiple projects under tight timelines. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field. A strong portfolio of prior design work is essential. • 2+ years of professional experience designing marketing materials, especially for education or similar sectors. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, or similar. • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and information layout principles to create compelling visuals. • Excellent teamwork and communication skills—able to work closely with non-design stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively. • Ability to manage multiple design projects concurrently, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
