As a Relationship Executive in the Direct Channel at Max Life Insurance, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and selling life insurance products directly through leads provided by the company. Acquire new customers through direct sales (Leads provided by company).
Pitch Max Life Insurance products to potential customers via phone, online, or in-person meetings.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory norms.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Graduate (any stream) – Freshers are welcome.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales and marketing is a plus.
