We are looking for Field Sales Executive to join ShinePoints Software

Location: Noida(field-based, flexible areas)

Role: Pitch and onboard retail shops (grocery, pharmacy, fashion, electronics) to our QR-based Rewards Software.

Pay: Fixed + High Incentives (Earn more by exceeding sales targets)

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your City (any area)

• Achieve the revenue target of twice your monthly Salary. Over achieve for higher incentives.

• Build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.

•Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.

•Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remote
