We are looking for a Sales Executive with a sales oriented Mindset. The candidate must be able to coordinate the sales activities on his territory together with the sales manager and sales support team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maximizing sales turnover and profitability.
Covering territory and exploring, identifying and catching opportunities.
Customer acquisition through visits, telephone, e-mail and industry events.
Identify and understand end user applications and need to offer the best solution.
Conduct market research and look to uncover potential for future through on-going visits to customer and potential customers.
Market mapping and identifying key customers.
Preparing presentation and other educational documents.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Minimum Requirement : Diploma in Mechanical based engineering OR Diploma in Rubber Technology OR BBA in Marketing with industrial exposure.
Very good communication skills and ability to build up and nurture business relationships.
Experience in technical sales with solid technical understanding.
Readiness to travel regularly (1-2 weeks/month).
Knowledge of Indian OEMs in markets such as Construction, Automotive and Industrial machinery is a plus.
Willingness to learn and challenge your knowledge.
Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written), any other language is an asset.
Advance Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
