Relationship Officer

Job Title: Relationship Officer (RO)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide detailed information to customers about the company’s loan products.

2. Collect required documents and coordinate for verification.

3. Conduct field visits to acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.

4. Support the branch team in processing loan applications.

5. Achieve assigned sales targets within the stipulated time frame.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in finance, loan sales, or field sales.

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (Performance incentives extra)

Work Type: Full Time (Field + Office)

Location: As per branch requirement
