Relationship Development Manager

We are hiring Relationship Development Managers (RDM) at Kotak Life Insurance. As an RDM, you will be responsible for building, managing, and mentoring a team of agents to promote and sell life insurance products.

This is a leadership and target-driven role, ideal for candidates who enjoy training others and driving results through a team.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and build a team of insurance agents.

• Train, coach, and guide agents to improve their sales performance.

• Assign monthly targets to team members and help them achieve sales goals.

• Track team performance and report to senior management.

• Motivate and retain agents by providing regular support and recognition.

• Ensure compliance with company and IRDAI guidelines.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).

• Age: 21 years and above.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Prior experience in sales or team handling preferred (FMCG, Finance, or Insurance).

• Freshers with strong ambition and confidence are also welcome.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
