Job Overview

We are looking for dynamic professionals to join as Associate Recruitment Development Managers (ARDMs) in our tied agency channel. This role is crucial for expanding and managing the advisor network, driving insurance sales, and achieving business targets. An ARDM is a recruiter, a coach, and a sales leader—all in one.

Key Responsibilities

As a Recruiter

• Identify, recruit, and onboard quality advisors by promoting the long-term career opportunity in insurance sales.

• Ensure that advisors are adequately trained on products, compliance, and sales techniques.

As a Coach

• Monitor and support advisor performance, especially focusing on fast-track and average performers.

• Motivate and retain performing advisors by offering performance-driven mentorship and skill development.

• Conduct customer needs analysis to ensure superior service and satisfaction.

As a Sales Leader

• Accompany advisors on client visits to provide on-ground training, guidance, and motivation.

• Drive revenue by helping advisors build strong sales pipelines.

• Lead local promotional activities for both sales and recruitment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate (minimum)

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience (Pharma/FMCG/BFSI preferred)

• Location: Candidate must reside within 15 km of the branch

• Age: 24–39 years

• Compensation:

  • Fixed CTC: Up to ₹3.99 LPA (for other industries)

  • Max CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA (based on past performance/ Incentive Proof required)
