Recruit, develop, and manage agents/advisors for the agency channel.

Drive business growth through agents for Health, General, and Motor insurance products.

Achieve sales targets by maintaining strong relationships with channel partners.

Conduct regular training and motivation sessions for the agency team.

Ensure compliance with company processes and guidelines.

Requirements:

Experience: Prior experience in the Agency Channel is mandatory.

Domain Knowledge: Health, General, or Motor insurance.

Field Role: Must be willing to work extensively in the field.

Age: Up to 40 years.
