The role involves sourcing home loan leads, managing customer relationships, and updating accurate data in systems and reports. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers an in-hand salary of ₹21,000 – ₹24,000 + incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize customer and sales records for easy access and retrieval.

• Communicate with sourcing partners and internal teams to ensure lead quality and resolve inconsistencies.

• Verify lead and customer data accuracy, correct errors, and identify irregularities promptly.

• Ensure proper documentation and data accessibility to support smooth loan processing.

• Generate daily sales reports and summaries to aid internal decision-making.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer financial data and personal information at all times.

• Participate in team huddles and support local area mapping for lead generation.

• Assist customers through the entire loan application to disbursal process.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is a Graduate degree in any stream with 1–3 years of experience in the finance or loan industry. Candidates must have strong interpersonal and selling skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Additional Requirements:

• Must own a two-wheeler.

• Resident of Meerut.

• Age: Up to 30 years.

• Minimum CIBIL Score: 685.
