We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our fast-paced FMCG sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting retail outlets, building relationships with retailers, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets within a designated territory.
Visit retail shops, supermarkets, wholesalers, and distributors as per daily route plan.
Promote and sell the company’s FMCG products to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Ensure product visibility and placement according to company standards (merchandising).
Collect orders and ensure timely delivery through coordination with logistics.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activity and report relevant market trends.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers (if applicable).
Provide daily sales reports and updates to the Area Sales Manager.
Attend regular team meetings and sales training sessions.
