Position – Field Sales Manager
Interview Location - Mumbai CST ( Branch ) / (Kolkata )
Job Location – South Mumbai
CTC -•- Upto 4 + Incentive - Mobile Allowance + petrol Allowance
Two Wheeler is Mandatory ( Bike Compulsory )
Education -•Graduate/Under Graduate.
Our Requirement- Field Sales Manager
1) 1-5 year experience (any industry)
2) Target based
3) Solar industry( if possible)
4)Age 28-35 years old
5) Qualification- min 12th - Any Stream for Sales and Marketing
6) Notice period - 1 month(Sales)
Provision time - 6 months ( After that CL,EL applicable)
Key And Responsibility :
1. Marketing Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote solar panel solutions (digital, print, and outdoor).
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target segments, and competitor activities.
• Manage social media channels, SEO/SEM, and online advertising to generate leads.
• Create marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and case studies.
• Plan and participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and awareness programs.
• Build partnerships with contractors, architects, and eco-friendly organizations to drive brand visibility.
• Educate potential customers about solar energy benefits through webinars, workshops, and content marketing.
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and ROI.

2. Field Sales Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential residential, commercial, and industrial customers for solar panel installations.
• Conduct site visits and feasibility assessments for solar solutions.
• Provide technical and commercial presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and close sales deals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with installation and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on solar technology, government incentives, and renewable energy policies to advise customers accurately.

3. Reporting & Coordination
• Maintain CRM records for leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing and sales performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely project delivery and after-sales support.
• Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer insights.
