Field Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:
Conducting 2-3 field visits per day to prospective customers.
Presenting and explaining HDFC Home Loan products and features.
Generating new leads and nurturing existing relationships.
Achieving assigned sales targets and contributing to business growth. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria:
Gender: Male and Female Both can apply.
Education: o Graduation is mandatory.
o Candidates who have completed their Master's or Graduation are eligible.
Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. Vehicle:
Ownership of a personal vehicle along with a valid driving license is a mandatory requirement.

Compensation & Benefits:
CTC: ₹2.28 Lakhs Per Annum Additional Benefits: Attractive Incentives + Performance-based Bonus Training: Comprehensive 1-month training provided by HDFC.
Certification: Upon successful completion of 6 months in the role, employees will be eligible for an HDFC Certificate.
