About the Role:
Join Shine Projects as a Field Sales Executive to promote our Shine Points software to retail stores. You’ll meet shop owners, explain benefits, give a free trial, and convert them to annual subscriptions.

Responsibilities:

• Visit 10–15 retail stores daily (grocery, medical, fashion, etc.)

• Pitch Shine Points & activate free trial on-site

• Achieve revenue target of 2× monthly salary (extra incentives for overachievement)

• Maintain relationships & revisit for conversions

• Report daily progress online
  

Requirements:

• Min. 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

• Freshers welcome (<6 months exp.)

• Good regional language + basic English
