Job Summary:

ShinePoints is hiring Field Sales Executives to promote and pitch our innovative Reward Points Software to retail shops in your city. If you're motivated, good at convincing people, and love working independently, this is the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit 10–15 retail stores daily (grocery, medical, fashion, electronics, etc.)

• Pitch the ShinePoints software to shop owners using brochures and demo on mobile.

• Onboard shops on a 1-month free trial of the software.

• Collect feedback and convert stores to paid subscriptions after the trial.

• Achieve a monthly target of 50 store tie-ups to unlock incentives.

• Submit daily reports through mobile – no office visit required.

• Earn ₹250 per shop enrolled over the monthly target

Eligibility Criteria:

• 📚 Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

• 🧑‍💼 Experience: Freshers or up to 6 months of field sales experience.

• 🗣️ Language: Regional language fluency with basic English.

• 📱 Smartphone and willingness to travel locally.

Salary & Perks:

💰 12th Pass: ₹25,000/month take-home (₹3 LPA CTC) + Incentives

💰 Graduate: ₹31,000/month take-home (₹3.8 LPA CTC) + Incentives

🚕 Travel Allowance: ₹100 per working day

💵 Incentives: ₹250 per store enrolled after target

• 🏠 Work Mode: Field Work (no daily office attendance)

• 🕘 Timings: 9 AM to 5 PM

• 📅 Days: Monday to Saturday (6-day week)

• 📆 Probation: 1 month, then full-time employment
