As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a key role in introducing and promoting our innovative ShinePoints Reward Points Software to local retail stores, helping businesses grow while advancing your career.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively visit and engage with retail store owners in your assigned area.
Present, promote, and demonstrate the benefits of our ShinePoints Reward Points Software to potential business partners.
Persuasively explain our no-risk offer—first month FREE, followed by just Rs.999 per annum.
Address questions, overcome objections, and guide store owners through the sign-up and onboarding process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to foster long-term collaboration.
Consistently meet and exceed weekly sales and outreach targets.
What We’re Looking For:
Energetic, outgoing, and confident communicators with a positive attitude.
Previous experience in field sales, retail sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus, but freshers with the right attitude are also welcome.
Ability to quickly learn about new products and explain benefits clearly and convincingly.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel locally and conduct face-to-face meetings daily.
