The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

✅ Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your City (any area)

✅ Achieve the target of 50 store tie-ups per month. Over achieve for higher incentives.

✅ Build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.

✅ Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.

✅ Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12 pass and Graduate and candidate must be a fresher. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
