we are looking for dynamic and driven field sales Executives to lead merchant acquisition and promote innovative digital financial solutions on the ground level.
As a field sales professional, you will be the face of —onboarding merchants, building relationships, and ensuring adoption of UPI and value-added products like Smart Speakers and EDC machines.
Merchant Acquisition: Identify and onboard merchants in the assigned location.
Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with merchants to ensure consistent usage.
Sales of Digital Solutions: Promote and sell Smart Speaker, EDC Machines, and other products.
Market Research: Track competitor activities and gather insights from the market.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales and onboarding targets.
Must be a graduate (mandatory).
Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C field sales.
Experience in merchant acquisition or financial product sales (credit cards, POS/EDC machines, insurance) is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
